Our team of Licensed Surveyors provides expert cadastral surveying services for landowners, developers, councils, and government authorities throughout Victoria. With extensive experience in boundary re-establishments, subdivisions, easements, road closures and land development projects we assist clients from initial planning through to the Registration of new titles.
Accurate cadastral surveying is fundamental to land ownership and development. Our surveyors have a thorough understanding of Victorian legislation, subdivision requirements and Land Services Victoria processes, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with statutory requirements. We undertake detailed title surveys to accurately define property boundaries for development projects, property transactions, fencing disputes, and legal matters.
Our feature, level and contour surveys are completed using the latest robotic total stations, survey accurate GPS equipment, SLAM laser scanners and drones to deliver accurate, efficient and cost-effective survey solutions. This technology enables precise data collection, streamlined processing, and the preparation of high-quality survey plans for projects of all sizes.
