Land surveying
Land surveying was Millar Merrigan’s establishing service and our survey team continues to be the bedrock of all successful projects.
Our survey team has a wealth of experience in all aspects of land subdivision and land surveying, with extensive experience in understanding and applying the legislative requirements applicable to cadastral survey work and the subdivision process.
With the latest robotic total stations and survey-accurate GPS equipment, we provide completion of quick, accurate and economical surveys. This technology, coupled with the latest software, is used for the reduction of survey data and preparation of survey plans. We have also been utilising the Victoria Government’s online SPEAR system (Streamlined Planning through Electronic Applications and Referrals) since its inception. This has allowed us to track and inform our clients on the process of their permits and subdivision applications in a timely manner.
