Asset recording
Asset recording is the final step in the construction process for a land developer. Once a new asset, such as a water main, is constructed, we survey its position and levels. We then process the survey to a geographical information system (GIS) ready submission for the asset owner, such as a council or authority. Each authority has certain standards they adhere to, to ensure compatibility with their GIS. We take pride in our work and make a point of keeping up with the standards – so you don’t have to.
The scope of our work includes small sewer projects, water main extensions or renewals, through to 100+ lot multi-staged subdivisions, maintaining reliability and high-quality work. We have a proven reputation built on trust of over 50 regular contractors and partnerships with leading land development consultants.
We work with and know the requirements of all Victorian water authorities, including South East Water, Yarra Valley Water and Greater Western Water.
Our team are familiar with the recording and submissions required for authorities such as the Department of Transport (VicRoads), plumbing code and existing utilities captures.
Our team is available on short notice, providing advice when requested to help keep any project on track.
