Millar Merrigan has a long-established relationship with Bunnings and we've continued our work with this new store in Wonthaggi.  

Over the past 15+ years, we have worked on more than 20 store developments.  

This project demonstrated our expertise in major roadworks and working with contractors such as internal builders to ensure coordination of works both internal and external to the site.  

We worked closely with the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP, previously VicRoads), Bass Coast Council, South Gippsland Water and the contracted builder, H.Troon, in delivering the required infrastructure upgrades.  

Our teams undertook the cadastral and feature survey requirements and prepared the engineering and landscape plans for the roadworks external to the site. This included new road construction, road reconstruction and a major new roundabout which serves as an entrance statement to Wonthaggi.
