This prime corner site is located within a urban area of Boronia that is identified for higher density development. A planning permit has been granted for the provision of eight attached units at a density of approximately 1 to 120sqm.
The dwellings range from two storey to three storey and offer a mix of two and three bedrooms. The development ensures that access and parking functions efficiently, whilst providing an active abuttal to Pine Crescent and Stonehaven Avenue.
Particular emphasis has been placed on external architectural detailing to ensure a fragmented and interesting built form. Together with maintaining space for provision of canopy trees, the detailing will ensure that the development provides a positive contribution to the streetscape, whilst offering affordable housing opportunities.
