The Shannon Waters land offers a unique setting with undulating topography, including an escarpment which provides spectacular views of the Mitchell River flood plain.

Numerous gullies and waterways dissect the site and together with scattered remnant Eucalypts and a large lake, create an attractive setting. A Masterplanned community providing in excess of 650 residential lots and expansive areas of public open space, have been approved for the site and the first stages are now under construction.
