The town planning process for the completion of the Tyrolean Village has been continuing in conjunction with various State and Local Government authorities and has required the co-ordination of various consultants. Design and supervision of reticulated sewerage system including emergency storage, pumping station and rising main, was particularly challenging given the environmental constraints of the adjacent lake, which also supplies drinking water.
