Epping North Tank – Asset Recording

Engaged by Comdain Civil Constructions, Millar Merrigan provided set out services for the new Non-Drinking Water tank prior to construction in Epping North, which followed by an As Constructed survey feature plan of completed tank site.

Feature survey plan included drainage, kerbs and channels around the site to demonstrate the site was constructed in accordance with all relevant standards.

A separate As Constructed Survey and Water submission was prepared of all the pipe infrastructure for Yarra Valley Water which is used to update their GIS with accurate new data.

So far, Millar Merrigan has performed asset set out and recording service for two Non Drinking Water tanks in the past 6 months for Comdain Civil Constructions and Yarra Valley Water.
