Botanicca Corporate Park is a $100million office development on the former Amrad site in Swan Street, Burnley. Global finance company GE Consumer Finance, a sitting tenant, will establish its Asia-Pacific head quarters on the site in a major expansion of its business, with about 1,500 workers expected to occupy the 24,000 square metres of office space to be built on the 5 ha site. The 24,000 sq metres of office space is to be contained within seven campus-style buildings that will be built around existing buildings on-site.
