Peter J. Merrigan

Peter is the Managing Director and Principal Town Planner with overall control of all facets of the firms operation. He specializes in the development planning, development approvals, appeals and panel hearings.
Peter founded the company in 1966 and has over 40 years experience in the industry.
Simon Merrigan
B App Sc (Surveying), Grad. Dip. Planning & Design, ML Arch
Simon has 14 years experience in the development industry with expertise in surveying and a thorough understanding of the planning and engineering aspects of the industry. Simon started the landscape design section of the company in 1994 and has gained experience in landscape design, contract documentation and supervision in over 150 industrial, commercial and residential projects. Simon has added creative flare to the company which coupled with his practical background and ability to work with engineering and planning professionals leads to innovative and achievable design solutions.
Michael Hales
Michael is a development consultant who specialises in the project management of smaller subdivisions in the local area. He joined the company in 1980 as a Survey Assistant and has developed excellent knowledge of all aspects of surveying related to the land development and subdivisional process.
Now a member of the Planning Department, Michael is committed to providing excellent customer service and through his practical background has the ability to achieve innovative design solutions particularly in relation to medium density developments.
Lynne Pepper
BL Arch, Cert IV LC&D, Cert IV WPT&A
AILA Registered Landscape Architect
Lynne has over 10 years experience in the Landscape Design area and four years experience in the development industry. Lynne joined our company in 2003 her interests lie in sustainable design and creative solutions. Lynne has recently completed a course in wildfire management.
Mandy Edwards
B App Sc (Urban Design / Planning)
Mandy graduated from RMIT in 2004 having successfully completed a degree in Town Planning – Urban Design. Mandy has been employed by Millar Merrigan for five years initially as a student working part time. She is a valuable asset to the company and has skills in report writing, urban design and plan preparation. Her main interests lie in Masterplan Design.
